Ilze is the CEO and the proud owner of Amicus Home Health, LLC bringing over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including 15 years specifically dedicated to home healthcare.
Throughout her career, Ilze has remained committed to improving the lives of patients and helping them maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Her dedication to excellence, professionalism, and personalized care has been instrumental in the success and growth of Amicus Home Health, LLC.
To maintain a healthy work-life balance, Ilze enjoys traveling, golfing, hiking, skiing, and reading. These activities allow her to recharge, explore new experiences, and bring renewed energy and perspective to both her personal and professional life.

people at their most vulnerable. It started at a patient’s bedside, not in a boardroom. As a visiting
nurse, I moved from home to home, witnessing firsthand how much it meant to patients to heal in their
own space, surrounded by familiar walls and the people they love. That experience planted a seed that
would grow into something lasting.
Fifteen years of specialized work in home health sharpened my clinical expertise and deepened my belief that quality
care can be effectively provided in a patient’s home. I learned that for patients recovering from surgery, managing a chronic illness, or navigating
complex medical needs, the home is not just a comfort — it is part of the healing itself.
That conviction led me to found Amicus Home Health, LLC. As both a registered nurse and the owner of Amicus
Home Health, LLC, I built it around a single promise: to bring professional, dedicated, and
compassionate care directly to the people who need it most. Every care plan, every visit, every decision
is guided by one goal — to keep patients safe, supported, and at home, where they belong. At Amicus Home
